Accessibility
Readable by default, not as an afterthought.
We build WorkLatitude towards WCAG 2.1 AA. In practice that means:
- Generous base text size with no design that depends on tiny type.
- Colour contrast checked for body text, buttons and labels.
- Every form control has a visible, associated label.
- Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus ring and a skip-to-content link.
- Semantic headings and landmarks for screen readers.
- Large tap targets and no horizontal scrolling on mobile.
- Motion kept subtle and minimal.
If something is hard to read or use, tell us through the contact page — accessibility reports go to the top of our list.
