What we store. Your account email, the profile details you choose to enter, jobs you save, Career Match answers and results, resume text you submit for review, and feedback you send us.

What we never ask for. Your age, date of birth, graduation year, or a photo. None of these are required to use WorkLatitude.

Who can see it. Your profile details, saved jobs, assessments and uploaded resumes are private to your account. Employers cannot browse them. We do not sell personal data.

AI processing. Career Match and Resume Review send the text you enter to an AI model to generate suggestions. Don't paste anything you wouldn't want processed that way.

Email. Marketing and job-alert emails are opt-in and never pre-checked. You can change preferences in your profile at any time.
